The outside fabric is a durable, cream-colored cotton textured with horizontal stripes! The lining fabric is a deep blue flannel that features a bandana-like pattern with cowgirls on horses. The strap is made from dark blue belting and floral ribbon with metal d-rings to adjust the length.
